Elliot Lake Retirement Living have good intentions in wanting to attract seniors
Perhaps it should be a wheel chair only community as
driving a vehicle can be very costly
Along with Seniors the community has attracted an abundance
of OPP : Elliot Lake would be better as an Ontario Provincial Police
Training Center subsidized by Tim Hortons.
If you move here to save money  beware because you may find your pension dwindle. I would rename Elliot Lake  to Vulture City.
I think the OPP are given Quotas and they have to perform to keep their jobs.
As you come into the city there is a 60 kilometer speed limit at the bottom
of a hill , This supplies a lot of funds for the OPP as the ticketing possibilities are almost limitless.
In Elliot Lake there is no shortage of seniors or police vehicles.
Periodical spot checks are done :
You may be stopped on a Sunday morning and asked if you have been drinking, If you say NO ! You maybe asked if you had communion.
I was stopped two years ago for not wearing   a seat belt and I am still in court pleading my case, My next appearance will be in September 2018.
I have a heart condition and the Crown is obviously praying that I do not meet my demise before they cash in.

You will have Gay Pride Parades and Pride Church services and a lot of attention. Do not even be concerned about The SHOP UNTIL YOU DROP
issue , there is no place to shop .
OPP and Welfare candidates flourish in this community and seniors come here to perish , considered almost like pet rocks but by no means a place to get stoned.
